8 Weeks of Adventure!

This summer at the Jupiter Outdoor Center’s “Youth Summer Program,” it’s much more than just camp. We have mindfully created a local adventure and EXTRAORDINARY nature experience for the youth in our community!

Accommodating ages 5-15, we’ve left no stone unturned in crafting a truly memorable summer for children and parents alike.

Each week, your child(ren) will have the opportunity to experience kayaking, hiking, biking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, plant identification, gardening, survivalist skills, archery, marine biology, art, sports, environmental impact awareness, earth clean ups, animal encounters, and so much more!

One thing that hasn’t changed at JOC’s summer programs…learning a variety of skills and creating memories that last a lifetime!

Riverbend activities include:

Kayaking on the Loxahatchee River
Biking through Riverbend park and exploring the Loxahatchee Battlefield and farmstead
Archery (kids 8+)
Fishing
Fun survival activities
Water slide
Yard games and other fun activities

Jilona activities include:

Paddle boarding on the Jupiter Inlet
Snorkeling under and around Cato’s bridge
Getting up close with Florida native animals such as starfish, manatees, fish, and conch
Campers will have the option to climb the Jupiter Lighthouse (4ft+) and explore the museum
A boat cruise on the Love Street boat

Curriculum is tailored to specific ages, so campers will be assigned to groups accordingly.

NOW OFFERING Equestrian Day Add-On – $69 per Camper

Enhance your child’s Spring Break or Summer Camp experience with our Equestrian Day Add-On! Campers will have the unique opportunity to learn about horseback riding, build confidence, and create unforgettable memories with our gentle and well-trained horses.

Each camper will participate in a structured riding session that includes:

✔️ Pre-ride introduction & mounting
✔️ 30-minute guided ride
✔️ Dismount, Q&A, and social time with the horses

A Day in Camp

Summer Camp operates across two locations—Riverbend Park and the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse Outstanding Natural Area (JILONA). The weekly schedule is as follows:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: Campers are at Riverbend Park, where they engage in activities such as kayaking or canoeing, Water activities, Archery 101 (8+), biking, fishing, hiking, survival skills, and eco-education.
Tuesday and Thursday: Campers are at JILONA, where they have the opportunity to learn how to paddleboard, snorkel, and climb the historic Jupiter Lighthouse (48″ tall )
